Located at 1111 Fillmore Street, a little north of downtown Bentonville, the Briarwood family apartments are close to popular local attractions, schools, area churches, and the Bentonville Public Library.

The apartments include 24 one and two-bedroom apartments and furnished with all major appliances, central heat/air. On the grounds, residents share a fully equipped laundry room and a carefully maintained lawn.

Residents only pay for electricity. The deposit equals one month’s rent.

We are a pet-friendly community. Residents may have 1 neutered or spayed dog or cat that is under 30 lbs., subject to management approval. A $300 pet fee is required.
