The community offers 19 charming, one-bedroom apartments with open floor plans equipped with all major appliances, central heat/air, walk-in closets, walk-in showers, ceiling fans, and front and back porches.  Each apartment has its own raised flower/garden planter for those with a “green thumb.” A community living room, beautiful gardens, a fully furnished laundry, and an outdoor picnic area complete the homelike neighborhood environment.  

Residents pay all utilities.

We are a pet-friendly community. Residents may have 1 neutered or spayed dog or cat that is under 30 lbs., subject to management approval. A $300 pet fee is required.
