The low-income senior apartments at Meadowood Gardens allow residents to take advantage of the variety of Bentonville’s public amenities that are within walking distance, such as the Downtown Square, groceries, shopping, trails and parks.

On the grounds, residents have access to a community laundry room and an outdoor picnic area in addition to scheduled potlucks and game times. Apartments include all major appliances, central heat/air, ceiling fans in the living rooms and bedrooms, roomy walk-in closets, step-in showers or shower/tub combos and large front porches on which to unwind.

Meadowood Gardens consists of 12 one-bedroom apartments available to Seniors 62+. Rent is income-based and will never be more than 30% of the adjusted gross income. A 50% AMI qualification is required to be eligible.

We are a pet-friendly community. Residents may have 1 neutered or spayed dog or cat that is under 30 lbs., subject to management approval. A $300 pet fee is required.
