We are a pet-friendly community. Residents may have one neutered or spayed dog or cat that is under 30 lbs., subject to management approval. A $300 pet fee is required.

Meadowglade

These family townhouses are located minutes away from the heart of Bentonville at 401 SE 12th St. Down the street from shopping and dining, as well as, many preferred local destinations like Orchard Park and Crystal Bridges Museum. Homes are close to schools and area churches.

The neighborhood is home to 14 three-bedroom units, all furnished with major appliances, central heat/air, porches, and well-maintained grounds.

Income qualification is required, and residents pay all utilities. The deposit is equal to one month’s rent.
