Residents share a community room, outdoor gazebo, a fully equipped laundry room in a safe community designed for independent senior living that is off the beaten path, but still close to all the amenities of city life.

The 20 one-bedroom cottages are cozy and unique; furnished with all major appliances, central heat/air, and ceiling fans.

Rental rates based on income; residents pay for electricity.

We are a pet-friendly community. Residents may have one neutered or spayed dog or cat that is under 30 lbs., subject to management approval. A $300 pet fee is required.
